Description

This is the original deep-groove pressing of Muddy Waters At Newport on the gun-metal and silver labels of Chess 1449. The playing surface is immaculate, with a high luster; perhaps played once. The cover's back slick has light foxing, a 1/2" tear on the top edge, and a light discoloration along the left edge, at the top. Personnel includes James Cotton, Otis Spann, and Tat Harris.
