Mudhoney – Superfuzz Bigmuff – 1988 – When Sub Pop released Mudhoney’s first EP, Superfuzz Bigmuff in 1988 it didn’t attract a great deal of attention. However it defined what was to become known as grunge and is one of the seminal recordings in the development of rock in the nineties and beyond.  Huge riffs, fuzz guitars, attitude drenched vocals. This is where it all began for Mudhoney. An essential record.
