Up for auction is my copy of Mumford & Sons-Love Your Ground EP

The condition of the record is MINT, I have never played this record. The condition of the sleeve is MINT, The record and sleeve have been kept in a plastic album sleeve since I purchased it. I bought the record at a music shop on Oldam street, Manchester after seeing Mumford & Sons at Cambridge Folk Festival in 2009 and the record has sat in amongst my other vinyl since then. 
The EP has lovely artwork and is a real collectors piece as there were only 500 copies pressed. I will post the record in a vinyl record mailer with stiffeners for protection. And will post 1st class. Any questions please contact me.

This here EP Marks the second occasion on which we were lucky enough to write, record and release a few songs to the wider world as Mumford & Sons. When we decided to start our family trade, we four brothers wanted to do it as well as we could and with as much love as we could.

The Recordings of these here songs was done down at a lovely little house in Devon with a view of the sea and a nice patio, and we were extremely kindly hosted by Mr & Mrs Lovett. Ben was producer-in-charge of the whole thing, but we would all like to take unjust and disproportionate credit, so let's just say we all produced it. Ted takes sole credit for being in charge of whisky-bottle-shaking, and now we all know his five favourite vegetables. Marcus takes credit for keeping Mrs Lovett awake whilst singing in the pantry at three in the morning. Country for busting the Reebok Classics even in a sail-boat. Meanwhile we picked up a serious sense of loving the ground we were on, whether in the city in which we lived with all its faults, or in the countryside in which we recognise or heritage. And so, to one and all, 'Love Your Ground'.

 

Released through Chess Club Records on limited edition 10" vinyl.
