One of 12 known test pressings for the album Babel by Mumford and Sons.

This was won at Vintage Vinyl in St Louis, MO on 9/24/12. It was advertised and photographed for their Facebook and Twitter sites. You can easily find their site via google.

This is one of 12 Test Pressings known to exist for this album. 

First off, I realize the importance of this album and it is not lost on me. I apologize to fans who would not sell this and keep it for their own collection. As I am not a massive Mumford and Sons fan, the worth outweighs the desire to keep it.

Due to various personal things in my life, the money from this auction will be much appreciated. And a true fan will have the opportunity to own this item.

This was exactly how the store received it. No letter or anything. Just a sticky note that says "Mumford test pressing" which is stuck to the jacket.

This was the exact album the store used for the album listening party in St Louis. Outside of the factory and the store playing it, it has not been played since. That is why I put "used" for the auction listing.

The vinyl is in perfect shape. No scratches, etc.. The red jacket is a bit beat up, there is a slight bend on a corner and a bit of white showing on the ends. Nothing major, and that is how it was given to me.

On the vinyl inner ring, the following is scratched on it "GLS-0130-01-A2 then wg/nrp?.. Other side is the same with B2 at the end.

I will also be inducing a hand screen printed poster and "flat" with the album cover on it. See the photographs. The print is very nice with a high quality shine to the gold ink. You just have to see it to appreciate it fully.

I will have a honest and fair reserve on this item. It should not be an issue once bidding begins.

I will ship anywhere as long as we can work out proper shipping. I want to package this very well and insure it too.
