Description

Ultra rare Obscure Jazz / Avant-Garde / Psychedelic LP :

Musica Sacra Nova II

( Schwann Verlag Düsseldorf Ams Studio 602 , 1970 , made in Germany , Original 1st pressing )

Musicians include : Albert Mangelsdorff ( trombone ) / Wolfgang Dauner ( modified piano) / Eberhard Weber ( cello / bass) / Fred Barceful ( drums )

Includes: Wolfgang Dauner - Beobachtungen für Stimmen und Instrumente / Reinhold Finkbeiner - Epiphanie für Sopran, Alt- und Britonsolo, drei Schlagzeuggruppen und Orgel

This is a strange record! Comparable to the work of Karlheinz Stockhausen ,Hans Joachim Hespos or John Cage.. voices, screams, instruments, loud and calm, mixtures .. a jazz quartet ..kinda out-of-space trippy LSD Jazz/ Avant-Garde / classic / Neuere Musik stuff. It's very rare, this is the first copy I've ever had , in years of collecting. I've seen the famous Wolfgang Dauner Trio LP "Dream Talk" on CBS much more often than this. Scarce.
