Record: Original “Glider” 7” - MINT - record by My Bloody Valentine (MBV). Not sealed but UNPLAYED.

 

Cover:  MINT. No bumps, No writing, No dinks. Holy Cow! This is also signed.  Don’t fool yourself people a FULLY signed MBV is very rare. They were notoriously shy! All 4 members of the band signed it at the Town & Country Club (North London) – see HISTORY below. Autographs are clean and clear.

 

History: I used to live in Kentish Town (North London) from the mid 1980s to about 1993/4, and often sat and watched bands do their soundchecks. I asked Bilinda (Butcher) to sign the Glider EP, after the band finished their soundcheck; she then disappeared with the record. About 5 minutes later MBV’s manager came back with the fully signed record. And to top it all he put me down on the guest list for that night – what a lovely man. Loudest band I have ever heard – even louder then Mogwai!
