Description
My Bonnie Decca Promo Late 1970’s Repro VG++/NM
Sleeve: Generic plain white sleeve in sturdy condition, no splits.
Vinyl: VG++/NM. There are extremely light hairlines on each side that are so few and so light that you have to hold the disc directly under a bare bulb, and then seek them out before you find them. The only issue under normal room lighting is that at the very end of one side, just on the border of the trail-off groove, there is a white spec embedded into the grooves. See photos. Whatever it is, it doesn’t come off with gentle prodding, so I left it there. I don’t want to cause a scratch by applying any force greater than a gentle wipe.
One side contains the German intro.
Labels: Beautiful VG++. Each side has some slight dirtwear, and I mean slight. One side has some flaking off of the word, DECCA. But that’s also slight.
Note: All 45’s ship outside of their sleeves in order not to damage the sleeve during shipment. Generic plain, white sleeves and Mylar provided.
Please don’t bid unless you’re willing to honor your amount, okay? Thanks!
(Please note: Regarding play-testing, my Technics turntable has somehow seized. The tone arm is stuck in the up position, and I can’t get it to fully return to its cradle. Is there anyone out there, who can tell me if this is an easy fix? Thanks!)
As these records have been in storage for many years, they will play back with crackling and tics, however; a good moisturizing and cleaning with either D4 Discwasher or a VPI machine always clears them up. Thanks!)
