My Bonnie – TONY SHERIDAN/THE BEATLES (RARE German Language intro)
My Bonnie/TheSaints were among a number of songs recorded by Tony Sheridan with the Beatles as his backing group at the Frederich Ebert Halle, Hamburg in June 1961, by producer Bert Kaempfert for the Polydor label. The musicians on these two tracks are Tony Sheridan, John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison and Pete Best.
Two intros to My Bonnie were recorded – one in English and one in German. The English intro was used on virtually all non-German releases. This copy is exceptionally rare, having the German language intro.
