RETURNS POLICY -

Receiving positive feedback is very important to us! It's our online reputation. If you find that there is a problem with your item when you receive it please do not hesitate to contact us - there is no problem that we cannot resolve in one way or another. No need to bother with opening cases or unnecessary negative feedback!

Pre-owned items have been tested to ensure that they are in working order but unlike new items some wear and tear may have occurred which may require further attention, adjustment or servicing in the future, for which we cannot accept responsibility.

Faulty items returned within 60 days will be firstly repaired, failing which they will be replaced by an item of equal or better quality. If this is not possible within 10 days then a refund will be offered. Our returns policy does not cover batteries (re-chargeable or otherwise) or software nor does it cover accidental damage.

THIS DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS
