VO19713 "Mystic Siva" LP. RARE ORIGINAL U.S. PRESSING! NOT A RE-ISSUE!!!!!!! One of the most notoriously rare albums in the Psychedelic realm, this private press 1971 piece NEVER shows up, even in the neighborhood it was from, although we've all heard plenty about it. I'm selling this copy for a friend of a friend who apparently went to high school and tripped out with the 17 or so year old dudes who made this fuzzed out piece. Despite what the former press release says, our friend still claims that they got high. Maybe that was later on, when they were like 18 or something. These (possibly) turned-on teens knew what they were trying to do; intriguing gatefold sleeve, good sounds- cool organ and wailing guitar leads abound. Rub the dust out of your third eye and check this one out; it would be unlikely to see another anytime soon. Cover is in VG+ condition, with only very little wear on the corners. I've shown close ups of the worst of the cover wear on the corners. There is no writing, split seams or tears. Vinyl is cautiously graded VG, with minor marks that only make occasional crackles. Still glossy and like new, and quite near VG+. Even the quiet passages still play strong. The sound file of the quiet passage sounds much less than flattering played back on the computer; it's actually not as bad when played back on a good system.
