Here on this 7" flexi disc you have two of the most DEVASTATING 60s recordings EVER to come out of Sweden. First of all you have the frantic Namelosers cut with blasting fuzz guitars and distortion a-plenty. Then there is the Lee Kings track which isn't far behind (check out the rave-ups towards the end!!!)! This is the only way to have these tunes on 7", they did NOT get a proper vinyl release. Both tunes were comped on the "Searching For Shakes" compilation. The Lollipops tune is really good as well and also unissued elsewhere. Have a listen below!
Bildjournalen was a pop magazine that was issued in Sweden during the 60s. Every now and then they released 7" flexi discs which came with the magazine in a big A3 size paper bag with info about the artists printed on it. The songs on these flexi discs were specifically recorded for this purpose and were most of the time never issued on the different bands regular vinyl releases. It seems like most bands saved their most frantic and out-there fuzz-drenched recordings for these releases.
These fragile flexi discs are hard to find in decent, well playing condition and especially COMPLETE WITH ITS INFO BAG!
