COVER GRADE: VG+ (1 inch split center bottom seam. Signed on front by Naomi in faint blue ink. Minor corner wear. Slight ringwear. Tiny quarter inch rough spot to spine. Very clean and attractive overall.)
RECORD GRADE: EXC (Couple very light hairlines. NO scratches or scuffs. Plays through nicely in the EXC-NM range. Occasional light surface noise typical of private pressings. Many sellers would call this NM or M-.)
NOTES: WOW - here it is! A monster rare female folk private from Utah. Often compared to Linda Perhacs, although this is much more scarce. Naomi has an amazingly beautiful voice. Only a few copies have showed up on eBay before - check popsike for details.
