Description

Doing a little spring cleaning with all our free time, in anticipation of selling our house, and managing some other financial setbacks.  My loss – your gain….  This week’s auctions are for some VERY RARE CD box sets.  I have thousands of CD’sand over hundreds of Deluxe/Special editions and box sets that will be listed over the next few weeks.  Unless noted, everything here is in near perfect condition.  Inmost cases, the discs were only taken out 1-2 times for downloading, then returned to the boxes for careful storage. 

I accept Paypal ONLY, and expect payment within 5 days of auction end.  I WILL combine shipments WHENEVER POSSIBLE.  These are typically large format and heavy, so combining them may not be feasible.  I am also working with boxes I have on hand, to keep costs down.  I am NOT a professional seller – I am just trying to move a large collection as economically as possible.  With that in mind, I have a fairly low starting bid, and a fair Buy It Now price.  Shipping is as noted, with some sets going as priority mail, because they fit into USPS boxes, with enough space to allow for safe packing/cushioning.  These sets are heavy, so Priority mail costs are high, can't help that, but sorry!  All packages are sent insured for full bid amount. International bidders, please expect to pay higher shipping.  I will also be listing several thousand CD’s and a lot of other music memorabilia as well as several original movie posters, in the next few months so please keep an eye out.

This auction is for:

NAZARETH – LOUD & PROUD – The Box Set, numbered edition.  41 discs,including 32 CD’s, 6 12” LP’s and 3 7” singles.  MOST CD’s ONLY LISTENED TO ONCE,rest NEVER opened!  LP’s never removed from sleeves and 7’ singles all in shrink wrap. Near PERFECT condition, this is why it is listed as 'new' above - eBay limits choices in some listings.  ONLY note of concern is a small split on one corner of the box, which has a small piece of tape on it to keep it from spreading, less than 2”, see photo.

This is a limited issue of the approx 12”x12” box set LOUD & PROUD, featuring EVERY studio and 2 live releases by NAZARETH.  This also includes 6 CD’s and 4 LP’s of rare or unreleased tracks, with a substantial amount of live material.  This also comes with the usual assortment of completely intact memorabilia a large book with a lot of information.  The design and packaging of this set is really impeccable.  I have been collecting CD’s since their advent, and I have to say, this is one of the 2 best done box sets I have ever seen, the other being the similarly packaged Stranded In Reality by Ian Hunter.  If you have never checked out Nazareth, do yourself a favor and give them a listen – A LOT of great rock music here.  Lists new for 200GBP/$250, USD, IF you can find it, and about $200+ USD used.
