"The brand new work by ex-Spock's Beard frontman comprises 25 tracks and two hours of music - either as a double CD or as a black 3LP set!
This prog rock opera was created in collaboration with the singers Ted Leonard (Spock's Beard) and Nick D'Virgilio (Big Big Train, Spock's Beard), as well as the musicians Eric Gillette (drums), Randy George (bass), Bill Hubauer (keys), Matt Smith and others
Morse already had the idea for the opera in 2008, but it took 10 years to complete the challenging and unique project, which celebrated its live premiere in 2018 in front of an enthusiastic audience. Neal Morse founded the band Spock's Beard in 1992, which received worldwide acclaim with their 1995 debut album "The Light" despite the then unfashionable prog rock sound. After Morse had converted to Christianity around 2000, he left Spock's Beard in 2002 to dedicate a new career section with a religious focus to his Neal Morse Band
The present Prog Rock Opera can confidently be regarded as the climax of his work to date, in which he was able to express all his musical and spiritual convictions. Neal Morse has established himself as one of the world's leading prog rock musicians, serving a dedicated fan base"
