Description
For the record…
Neil Chotem Orchestra-From CBC Montreal, CBC Radio Canada Transcription, LM-37, 1960s.
Extremely rare Canadian/broadcast-only jazz LP featuring material by Michel Legrand, Neil Hefti, Duke Ellington, Al Baculis, and more. Chotem is a jazz master. This album was only for radio play, pressed in minor quantities (100 or less), and never sold in stores. Early LM (light music) titles are virtually extinct/off-the-radar of most serious collectors, and most importantly, heavily enjoyable spins for fans of sunshine pop, vocal jazz, and soft jazz groove. Comes w/ stock CBC Radio Canada stock soft 12” sleeve. Deep cuts. Recommended.
Original CDN pressing
Cover: Sealed (thin/stock Transcription sleeve)
Vinyl: Sealed
