Description

Brother Love's Traveling Salvation Show.   Cover M- (no cutout markings), Record M-.
Interesting history on this one.  Neil was one of the first artists signed to newly-formed UNI records with high hopes for the future.  His first album, "Velvet Gloves And Spit" went completely unnoticed.  Just a fluke right?  Then they released this album with a really good title song and still, the LP stiffed.  They then had a newly-recorded surefire hit "Sweet Caroline" and as the single started up the charts they added it to this album and hit the stores again.  Still....nothing.  Then, they completely redesigned the LP cover, retitled the album Sweet Caroline and the rest is history.
This is that very first issue without Caroline and is one of his most elusive albums.  And it is rarely found in such nice condition.  And this is the first one I've ever seen without a cutout.  Unnoticeable bend bottom right corner.
