The sleeve is in EX condition it is clean with no creases very little edge wear no seam splits and the spine text is clear, the inner picture sleeve is EX it is very clean with no seam splits, the labels are EX+ and the vinyl is in EX condition it has some light wispy scratches on this 1974 UK Reprise album issue K54014 by Neil young - "On The Beach"     See photos for more detail
