RARE Near Mint Copy of Neil Young's "Tonight's the Night" album!!!
"Tonight's the Night" is the sixth studio album by Canadian musician Neil Young,
Recorded in 1973 (most of it on a single day, August 26) and release was delayed two years.
Released in 1975 on Reprise Records on catalog MS 2221.
It peaked at #25 on the Billboard 200. In 2003, the album was ranked number 331 on Rolling Stone magazine's list of the 500 greatest albums of all time.
- Original first pressings have black Reprise Records labels (see pics). Outside front and back gatefold covers are printed on blotter paper.
- Includes a custom black & white printed inner sleeve with photos.
- Includes a 12"x16" quad-folded "Waterface" b&w insert with a story on the front, a story and a picture of Roy Orbison on the rear, credits and possibly a picture of Mickey Rooney ("Huck Finn") inside...the complete fold out is a reproduction of an article in Dutch about Neil Young with photos.
Tracks A1 to A3, A6, B1 to B3, B5, B6 were recorded at Studio Instrument Rentals, rehearsal hall "D" in Hollywood.
Tracks A4, B4 were recorded at Broken Arrow.

Record Grading: (NM)
Pristine record surfaces are bright and glossy with no visible marks and appears un-played...plays NM with essentially no surface or background noise.
Sleeve Grading: (VG)
Gatefold sleeve cover has blotter paper on front and back covers with NO cut-outs, bar-codes, splits, or ring wear; has some spine wear and cover peel inside gatefold from water damage on bottom edge and faint stain (see pics). Gatefold is fully intact and spine is mostly legible.
