UNRELEASED LIVE FROM BAKERSFIELD, CA. 1973 AMERICAN TOUR
PLUS: FM STEREO CONCERT "LIVE WITH CRAZY HORSE
NEIL: 'YOUNG & OLD' LIVE STEREO DOUBLE ALBUM
The first disc is "THE LAST ALBUM" featuring David Crosby & Graham Nash in Bakersfield 1973. Maybe you were there! Both sides are TEST PLAYED w/ NO SKIPS!!! The song "SWEET JONI" has never been played for anyone before. Not even his friends! "LOOK OUT JOE" is a "new" song for all the soldiers coming home from the war. Side two begins with Neil bringing suprise guests CROSBY & NASH on the stage. There is a single pop in "LAST DANCE" otherwise would have been about flawless. Both sides have beautiful vinyl. At the end he thanks the band: TIM DRUMMOND; JOHNNY BARBATA; JACK NITZSCHE; BEN KEITH. SONGS ARE: SUGAR MOUNTAIN; SWEET JONI; LOOK OUT JOE; TIME FADES AWAY; DON'T BE DENIED; NEW MAMA; LAST DANCE; SOUTHERN MAN; IMPROVISATION.
Disc two "LIVE WITH CRAZY HORSE" FM STEREO CONCERT. This record has beautiful vinyl and I can't see any flaws so I was surprised to hear a few quick non-repeating skips on the FM disc. Maybe you can work them out! All 4 labels are in mint condition. (2 blue & 2 yellow) On the labels it reads, "GREAT LIVE CONCERTS" / "ALL RIGHTS RESERVED; ALL WRONGS REVERSED". SONGS ARE: DOWN BY THE RIVER; BROKEN ARROW; THE LONER; INTRODUCTION OF CRAZY HORSE; DOWNTOWN; I'M WONDERIN'; IT MIGHT HAVE BEEN; SUGAR MOUNTAIN (another version); EVERYBODY KNOWS THIS IS NOWHERE; WINTER LONG.
This comes with 2 COVER SHEETS that are not attached to the all white cover! I think that the blue would be a great front cover with the song list sheet for a back cover! WOW!
