Rarely seen before USA original issue

of awesome debut by this German cult

duo...

Michael Rother and Klaus Dinger came

together late in 1971 after Klaus Dinger

contributed to the first Kratftwerk

album...

Neu recorded this stunning Album over

4 night in Hamburg...

The track "Hallogallo" were guided by

a characteristic repeating metronomic

drum beat,as the basis for 10 minutes

of harmonic guitar improvisations in just

one key...

The other tracks had strange continuums

of rural environment sounds,glissando

guitars,peculiar vocals ans sound effects...

This is the US release of Brain 1004 with

different sleeve..with fluo orange letter

on blue sleeve...

It has also the rare label innersleeve...

This also the very first issue from the

cult "Billingsgate Records" label who was

specialized in German Rock Pressings !!!

However,this copy seem to be a promo

as the label is completely different that

we all knows !!
