NOT SURE IF THERE WAS EVER AN OUTER SEAL, BUT ALL ALBUMS INSIDE ARE STILL SEALED TIGHT.  THE BOOK IS FREE FROM FINGERPRINTS OR ANY OTHER TYPE DAMAGE.  BOTH FOAM INSERTS ARE INCLUDED.  THE OUTER BOX IS IN GOOD SHAPE WITH SOME LIGHT SCUFFING.
