Description

This rare garage psych rock single was released by Enterprise Records (5242) and featured New Chains III:  Side A - "The End;" Side B - "Like A Friend."  This is a very good copy--with minor blemishes.  The label is clean on both sides but does have initials on each side.  The playing surface has good color and gloss, with light marks and scuffs.  The audio quality of this recording is very good as well--with no significant background noise.  Several static pops are audible at the beginning of Side A but they disappear before the actual music begins.

This group peformed as "Painted Portion" in 1966-67, originating in Hollywood, Florida--later changing their name to New Chains III.
