WELCOME! I Work in a record store in Austin, Texas and I am going to be selling off some of my collection, I am starting off small, but I do have all positive feedback for records and other items, including some pricey heavy hitters and no complaints thus far thankfully. This week I'm offering a lot of RARE and OBSCURE records from all sorts of genres, mostly private press stuff, like boogie funk psych soul folk xian weird etc..

For auction is: The New Sky Singers - Let Me Introduce You LP Volume III Records, III-1429. From Denton, TX. 1970-1976? .
Scarce and lovely private press rural folk that is quite under the radar. Has some lovely original compositions as well and standard xian covers and a few pop (as in the John Denver cover of sunshine that is superb). A mix of tracks that use only 1 singer or a harmony duet between two, and instrumentals and small group vocal singing. But even the small group tracks are really good surprisingly. See musician info in the pics above. I really like the "You never can tell" track and the John Denver track, probably the best rendition of Sunshine I've heard.

Vinyl: Strong VG+ (The record sounds really great, and other than a few light marks and a few very small scratches it looks great too, theres a few crackles during play but I never noticed anything real significant, the few marks are light, its a conservative VG+ grade but the audio is more like EX- for a private press.) ^Listen to Sound Clip
Jacket/Label: VG+++ (Very nice cover, well taken care of, the only wear I can see is on the bottom right corner where there is some light shelf wear, the tiniest bit of fading on the front right edge, hardly noticeable really.)
