This record is in very good+ condition. It has spindle marks visible on each label but there are no pen marks, stains or scuffs anywhere. The centres show minor wear but are not worn or loose. Overall the labels are clean, bright and in good shape with no major issues to report but with the spindle marks as mentioned.
As for the vinyl itself, both sides are free from anything deep or nasty but there is light surface lines and sleeve 'scuffs' to each side. These are visible with a few other lines when angled. They also clearly show under bright light, along with more wispy lines. So overall the record is clearly used with light faint lines to each side but also has no nasty marks or serious defects.
I play tested the record and it played well and was very enjoyable throughout. It lays flat on the deck and upon playing there is little to no movement in the record arm. The sound produced is free of skips, sticks or annoying clicks and overall produces excellent audio. I did note 2 or 3 light pops in track 3 on side 2 however and also a few faint noises in the very mellow early stages of track 1, side 1. Other than these few minor noises there was also some occasional light splutter of surface noise(between tracks, quiet intros). None of this was disruptive however and overall the audio is closer to grade of EX in my opinion.
The textured sleeve is in fair+ condition. It has damage to the front right/rear left edge(see pics). There is also creasing around this area, some small tears and a 2.5" split up the bottom edge. Other than this obvious wear and damage in this area the sleeve also has wear to all the other edges. There are no further splits or tears however. There are no pen marks anywhere but there is ring marks and fading to each side There is also a scuff on the rear near the bottom edge and one in a similar position on the front edge. So overall not an ideal sleeve by any means but one that despite its issues is still holding together. It does need to be handled carefully however as the main area of wear is 'flaking'. I have tried to describe the sleeve as best I can but please study the pictures provided to gain as much information as possible as to its condition.
It contains its original plain white inner which is solid with no splits but does have age related creasing and discolouring/grubbiness. I will send the record in a brand new plain white replacement to ensure the record remains clean and fresh.
The record will be packaged in cardboard stiffeners and bubble wrapped thoroughly when dispatched. It will also be sent in a brand new protective plastic sleeve, and within 24hrs of receiving payment to try to ensure a swift delivery.
