NICK DRAKE'S BRYTER LAYTER. THIS IS AN ORIGINAL UK PRESSING WITH THE ISLAND LOGO LABEL.
THIS IS A VERY RARE & SOUGHT AFTER ALBUM BY VINYL COLLECTORS WORLDWIDE. ON EBAY THESE ORGINIAL UK ALBUMS ARE BECOMING HARDER (and more expensive) TO FIND IN THIS CONDITION.
THE DISC IS IN PRISTINE CONDITION – IN SUNLIGHT I SEE A COUPLE OF VERY MINOR SURFACE SCRACHES (from the original paper sleeve? - as I have only played this today to ensure there were no audible scratches) – CLEAN, FLAT, GLOSSY & SHINY FINISH, AND BEAUTIFUL!! IT IS STORED IN AN ANTISTATIC INNER SLEEVE. THE INNER RING STAMPS ARE:
SIDE 1: ILPS-9134 A-2U
SIDE 2: ILPS-9105 B (No Number Designation – So I Assume the Original 1st B-Side Pressing)
THE SLEEVE IS EXCELLENT CONDITION – CLEAN WITH SOME SLIGHT (VERY MINOR) WEAR ON THE CORNERS (Take a close look at the photo). NO RINGWEAR – NO DINGS - LIGHT CREASE ON UL COVER WITH A SLIGHT IMPRESSION OF WRITING (probably from the record store). IT HAS BEEN STORED IN A VINYL OUTER COVER. NO DUST, FINGERPRINTS, OR OTHER MARKINGS.
