Nick Drake Bryter Layter Pink Rim with Blue Inner Bag ILPS 134 1970
Martix ILPS 9134 A-1U/ ILPS 9134 B-1U
I nice copy of Nick Drakes Third Record and most liked by many this copy has a nice sleeve and disc with just odd tiny mark viewable under light the Sleeve is not Textured but the Owner of this record was the same as the Shirley Collins so was got at the date of release. I have check teh sleeve and Shows Sleeve Printed by E.J Day Group.

Cover
Its clean as shown the Spine is nice and Crisp with all Text clear to see edges nice hardly any wear front Shows a Faint Remain of Sticker Mark Top Left as shown and there is also a Scraches to the Cover Middle Right, The back is Clean with only the odd Faint mark from Storage and Handing over the years. VG+
Record/Vinyl
Both Sides are clean and at first Glance looks Ex when checked under a good light Side one shows a small area of about Three mega light Scuffs or hairlies Covering Tracks Two and Just into Three Please check my Playback Section for information. There is also a more noted Mark on the Third Track that is more light a Scuff or Heavy hairline Not sure how it happend could be damage. Side Two again Clean with a small Hairline Covering Thrid Track again and odd small mark as said before check my playback. VG+/EX
Both Sides are clean no pens marks or damage.
Playback
This record Plays well as said above I have noted some more Crackle Most noted in Track Two On Side One The Mark on Track three does not Click but its fair to say the record does have a few small area of crackle more than you would expect for an Island pressing All Tracks on this side play well without Jumps or other Huge Fauits. Side Two again starts well with a clear sound and again a little crackle in some areas This side does play better for the most part a nice playing copy with Side One Track two having the most Crackle.
Please note I have taken into account that this is a Folk Record and as such More Care is needed but I still found this a Enjoyable Playback with a few more Crackles that is why it graded down, I am not even sure it was over played just not the best pressing.

(M) Rarely used unless Item is still un-open new. Mainly for new or Re-issue Records
(M-) OR NEAR MINT (A Fantastic Collector Copy)
Very Clean Item with little signs of use, looking almost as new both sides clean with No Scratches
or Surface marks there might be odd Paper marks. Should any copy fail to meet this grade I Prefer to list
down a grade but I always provide sufficient information.
(Ex) (Collector Copy)
The Record has clearly been Played shows some signs of enjoyment, Strong Copy Retaining Full Crisp sound.
Might be odd surface Line or Few Very Minor hairline marks or a few Scuffs. Playback would Still Be Ace with
no Playback Issues.
(EX-) OR (VG+) (Good Keeper Copy)
This Grade means that the copy may have slightly more signs of use but would always have Good Crisp sound.
It might have extra paper marks or Few Hairlines or even an odd Scratch this would not be Audible unless said
and how the Scratches affects the Record would clearly be listed.
(VG) (KEEPER COPY)
The Item has clearly been played many times but Despite Visual Marks Like Hair lines or Scratches and Some
Surface marks. The Sound Still Retains Good playback, if there is a scratch that Sounds I clearly indicate
where it occurs and how it affects the track playing time.
When I use a Grade less than VG it would normally be due to a record being very rare or a sleeve that I feel
does not fit with VG due to Repairs or damage mostly records under VG are Only Fit for the Bin. But if you
are unsure just ask.
