Description

A rare copy of Nick Drake's second album, Bryter Layter. 

This is the first press, UK Island Records (ILPS 9134). 1970, with pink rim palm tree labels.

Matrix Numbers ILPS 9134 A- 1U   /  ILPS 9134 B- 1U

Condition: Embossed-style cover is good, has some minor creasing at top left and a bit of scuffing at top. Spine is faded and has approximately 3cm of damage at top; the words 'Nick Drake' are only partially visible. Otherwise not rips, tears, etc. 

Record: Vinyl is in good condition for its age. Visible hairline marks on both sides. Both sides play with light surface noise. 

Side 1: light surface noise. Track 3 (At the chime of a city clock) there are 5 pops and a skip (sticks at "...make people say"). Otherwise fine.

Side 2: very light surface noise, much improved from Side 1. No pops, skips, etc.
