This is a excellent rare original uk pink rim second pressing of Nick Drake's brilliant debut folk album. This early pink rim copy is very rare and collectable in it's own right, it is not as rare as the 1969 uk 1st press pink label issue which now sells for anything upward of a thousand pounds in great condition but this copy on offer here is in brilliant condition and is a excellent cheaper alternative, this album on offer here looks near mint and plays and sounds superb throughout.
The vinyl is in stunning EX+/NM condition and looks near brand new showing only very minimal minute light signs of use, there are no nasty surface marks/scratches scuffs at all and the sound quality is crisp and clear throughout with barely any light hiss/crackle at all, this rare Nick Drake album has been very well looked after indeed and has only ever been played just a few times on good quality equipment, a superb very clean playing copy that will not disappoint in any way.
Both pink rim labels are in excellent clean condition with just a few light spindle traces on each side.
The matt gatefold sleeve was printed in the uk by ROBOR, this cover is in excellent condition with no bad faults at all, just minimal marking and just very small signs of handling and wear. The original Island records blue inner sleeve is in very good condition.

I pack my records very well, the album will be removed from the outer cover to avoid seem/edge splits in transit, plenty of rigid cardboard support will be used to avoid corners bending, this album will reach you in the same condition as advertised.
