<< THE RECORD EXPERIENCE >>
I am back selling records after a few months off due to other commitments. Many of the records are in top condition. I have had 25+ years selling vinyl and if you have purchased off me in the past will know I can grade and am a fair seller, please see my feedback.
Please note Mint- disc here will be like new, my Excellent grade will be also like many peoples idea of far higher, a VG disc here will not be trashed rubbish, a VG+ disc will be of a decent standard.
NICK DRAKE
FIVE LEAVES LEFT
**ORIGINAL UK PINK ISLAND 1969 STEREO LP (ILPS-9105)**
A rare and very wanted 1st pressing, this is not a perfect example hence the price. The 1st track on side 1 Time Has Tod Me plays with some distortion on one side of the speaker. The rest of the LP plays pretty well but has surface crackle in the quiet moments / under the music. Many Pink Island LP from the late 60`s do, even top visual examples of this LP sometimes do not play perfect like the 1st King Crimson LP for example Moon Child!
The Record / Good+ (G+) / Please read above, the LP has original gloss, there is some surface wear / some light marks under harsh halogen light. As stated not perfect, track 1 plays with some distortion on one side, the rest rest plays VG sometimes better. The LP has A//2 B//2 1st press matrix numbers. The original inner is also included with the LP.
The Cover / Good+ (G+) / Some edge wear / some creasing with a name added inside top right hand side but this is hard to spot!! The 1st issue E J day cover still looks very presentable as you will see and G+ is a strict grade.
The Labels / VG+++ / Both still looking fine there is some normal age wear.
Please note I will only send this rare record via registered insured mail the prices are below. This is very safe and good for both seller and buyer with the Paypal protection that is in force, for overseas transactions I use international signed for post and take great care packing items.
Postage UK £4.50 (Recorded) Europe £13.00 (Registered ) Rest Of The World £16.00 (Registered).
