Description
NICK DRAKE
' PINK MOON '
ISLAND RECORDS
ILPS 9184
1LPS9184-A / B
This is ORIGINAL pressing of NICK DRAKE'S classic fourth Lp called PINK MOON and released originally as here on ISLAND RECORDS way back in 1972.
The thick HEAVYWEIGHT vinyl retains a great sheen - EXCELLENT when graded under a 100W light source with some visible marks, predominantly hairlines but also the odd other more noticeable mark and blemish.
And overall this is confirmed on playing as on Side 2 there is only some minor surface noise audible during quiet parts and between tracks etc and on Side 1 there are some recurring audible clicks on Track 4 - looks like it is caused by a Pressing Defect as there is no visible mark but the record plays through - no skips of jumps.
Both sides have been PLAY GRADED -
Side 1 - VERY GOOD PLUS
Side 2 - EXCELLENT MINUS
The PINK RIM ISLAND RECORDS record labels are graded EXCELLENT MINUS with only minimal spindle wear but Side 1 does have a biro name.
The thin card FULLY LAMINATED GATEFOLD PICTURE SLEEVE is graded EXCELLENT MINUS with some laminate creasing, corner dings and edge rub and a biro name written within but no splits and the spine remains 100% etc.
One of NICK DRAKE's classic Lp's called PINK MOON and here in overall EXCELLENT MINUS condition.
All records are shipped in new custom made strong CARDBOARD MAILERS ( not card envelopes ) with stiffeners as required.
All items are shipped REGISTERED MAIL to comply with Paypal rules etc
We are happy to combine multiple auction wins and offer POSTAGE DISCOUNTS when possible.
