Extracts from "Fruit tree the complete recorded works"

As you know this is a rare artefact indeed, I think only 200 or 250 copies was pressed and were aimed at promoting the album "Fruit Tree" all were to radio stations as a whole. Apparently after promotion, the few copies were withdrawn. Some have survived over the years and is not the first time that this rare promotional LP you can see on ebay, but it is very rare and few copies there that are not already in private collections. Record fee collector is 250pounds.
You know that only one side is recorded including five tracks, the B side contains the words "Do not play this side", keeps the black inner liner and the cover was commissioned especially for this promo, all black with a sticker affixed by hand.
His condition is really good, only a thin surface markings (hairlines) can be seen under a strong light, so I will give a strong VG++ maybe EX, while the cover shows slight wear with common vinyl circular mark and some wrinkles especially in corners (please see the pictures)
