Description

This is NICO on “Chelsea Girl”, an LP Vinyl on VERVE Records Cat #V 5032 (on front) and V6-5032 (on back) recorded in Mono in 1967 as part of the Velvet Underground activity at the time. Has a Blue & silver label, “These Days” is listed on both the cover and on Label (not a misprint copy) . Runout is MG1066 REV.

Interview written on back cover from magazine “IN New York” linear notes are about Pat Patterson’s interview with Nico.


Vinyl is VG+, with 2 very light surface marks on Side 1 that play through. There is some crackling and a couple of pops especially on Side 1. I am sure it could use a good cleaning. Tested and plays through on both sides. Has the letter WDUQ FM in marker on both sides on labels . This was a radio station affiliated with Duquesne University in Pennsylvania from 2003-2012.

Cover is in VG+ condition with a sticker F-232 affixed to the left corner, probably from the radio station filing system. On the back is a “badge”drawn on the shirt with WDUQ FM on it. The back cover has age stains and some dirt and tears. There are no seam splits but each corner has bumps and there is edge wear (see photo enlargements).

Has original VERVE inner sleeve in EX condition.
