Description
NICO Chelsea Girl ORIGINAL 1971 LP on Verve w wrap Andy Warhol related
NICO: 'Chelsea Girl' LP Original 1971 (or 1967?) Issue on Verve. # V/V6-5032
Near-mint disc has Shrinkwrap still neatly on most of the LP, but it is opened. Still has bargain sticker on shrink wrap. I’m unsure of the date of this issue – some think it’s 1967 and others 1971.
There is a small “discounted” punch-hole in lower left corner of sleeve that goes through the LP cover and inner sleeve; doesn't affect LP though.
“These Days" is titled “I’ve Been Out Walking” .
plus
Cover is VG plus to mint minus. Though it is shrink wrapped the corners show some wear. It has been in light free storage since I acquired it 30 years ago.
Disc is VG plus. I played this one through, and there are no skips but there are a couple of pops on a couple of songs, and there are a couple of visible mars that don't affect play. This would be typical of an album that is 40 years old. Most of the value here is in the cover.
