SPECIAL NOTES: Here’s an ultra rare still sealed copy of an original Capitol high fidelity collection of standards interpreted by the great Gordon Jenkins, a legend of the genre of easy listening music that would come to be defined as Lounge Music. Selections on this pristine old store stock album include Moon Over Miami, Allah’s Holiday (try to include that on on a mainstream record aimed at middle America today!), Drifting and Dreaming, How Are Things in Glocca Morra, So Beats My Heart for You, To Each His Own, I Kiss Your Hand, Madam, Cherie, My Silent Love, Does Your Heart Beat for Me, My Reverie, and The Song is Ended.
This rare find is new old record store stock: a still sealed copy of an actual vintage record album; like going back in time and finding this album new on a record store shelf!
The jacket may show the slightest signs of minor shelf wear, but this is guaranteed to be a new and original vintage pressing. If you're a collector of still sealed LPs, or simply the kind of record collector who appreciates the joy that comes in being the FIRST person to crack the shrinkwrap seal on a genuine decades-old collectible album, then this record is for you.
