PS - I have decided to list or sell  the Hallyday 45 and sleeve separately!

Instead of changing entire bid page and waste all the time put in it, taking new photos, etc, and perhaps cancelling item and remaking entirely --- make note:

THIS BID IS FOR THE 78 GENE VINCENT VINYL ONLY!

(if interested in Hallyday, let me know).

I grade both these records (vinyl and label) at least EXCELLENT up to NEAR MINT depending on subjectivity of grader. Base this on the following terms for grade:

Near Mint - Almost mint but with one or two very minor but visible surface marks on the cover/sleeve or record surface. Sound quality remains perfect.

Excellent - There may be a few very light surface marks on vinyl The cover/sleeve may also show slight wear. Still a nice copy and well worth purchasing).

If unhappy with grade, please return for a refund.

78 RPM CAPITOL 3450 - Be-Bop-A-Lula/Woman Love by Gene Vincent and His Blue Caps (with Columbia paper sleeve).

This is a FANTASTIC RECORD. I have provided close-up photos for you to grade labels.

BE-BOP SIDE

- VINYL in average light no scratches. In the all-telling bright sunlight, only tiny if any scratches as in near-mint to mint, with exception of one blemish about length of inch - made up of about 7 or 8 tiny 1/32nd inch, 1/64 inch marks in a line (like stairsteps?) - does not effect play, so the Near Mint grade. ALSO - A flea bite (pottery term for a very tiny nick) on edge of record.

- LABEL - Excellent - can see from very close up photos about 4 tiny, tiny spots (about size of a sewing needle point) near hole. OTHERWISE EXCELLENT.

WOMAN LOVE SIDE

VINYL - Better than Be-Bop side, nothing but only light if any in BRIGHT SUNLIGHT sleeve or cover scratches (near mint, closer to mint), exception flea bites on rim 4 or so close together.

LABEL - Close if not mint, with no scratches, dings, problems, etc.

ONE OF THE FINEST EXAMPLES YOU WILL FIND THAT IS NOT A PERFECT, FLAWLESS MINT RECORD. Note - flash may distort colors - label is the deep, rich purple.

45 RPM PHILLIPS 40024 Bee-Bop-A-Lula/I Got A Woman by JOHNNY HALLYDAY with GREAT PICTURE SLEEVE!

- Vinyl and label near mint to mint with exception of hole-punch in label. SLEEVE - GREAT! No rips or tears (there is the hole punch, however). Few if any wrinkles, no soiling, only problem seems surface wear (tiny tiny white dots), but these appear on SAME PLACE BOTH SIDES OF SLEEVE (on his left shoulder) so was this a printing defect? All the tiny dots (like sand) appear in all the same places, so likely was part of the printing.

SHIPPING to the UK $14, US shipping is $6. Insurance optional.
