PLEASE NOTE: I WILL ONLY GRADE AN OPENED LP NEAR MINT (NM) IF I CAN GUARANTEE IT HAS NEVER BEEN PLAYED (i.e. I AM THE ORIGINAL OWNER).  OTHERWISE, NEAR MINT MINUS (NM-) IS THE ABSOLUTE HIGHEST GRADE I WILL ASSIGN AN OPENED LP.

ULTRA rare private pressing of some dynamite Xian modern boogie funk soul from 1985!!  LP is a beautiful near mint minus with not a single scratch or scuff and some light cosmetic clouding and cover is just barely VG with some bottom left hand corner moisture wear.  Only a few of these surface a year and the cheapest copy on Discogs right now is close to $200.00 without a cover (give me break!).  This is the copy you want so don't sleep.  It's priced to sell quickly as I'm in a bit of financial crunch.  You'll never find one in this condition for this price.  Someone's getting a sweet deal.
