Record Grading:?   All Six Sides: NM+ Records are pristine and have never been played. They were removed from their inner sleeves for the first time on 4/22/18 to capture ED1 stamper details and to take photos for this listing.   
Box Grading:   Deluxe box was removed from the fitted brown paper protective sleeve for the first time to take these photos. It had never been opened prior. Given that, the amazing Jim Flora art (uncredited) shows absolutely no signs of fading/aging. This is one of my favorite covers from the 1950s era, right up there with Jim's art on the 'Shorty Rogers Counts the Count' LP from one year earlier. Edges of the boxes and the corners are super sharp. White paper on the back is stark/bright and all text is crisp. All original inserts (outer liners, inner sleeves, etc.) are included.  One of the photos provided was taken indoors and one was taken outdoors in extremely bright natural light. 
Overall:   This set is absolutely magnificent. The records have never been played.  It looks like it came out of the factory yesterday. The performances were all on Stradivari instruments. The box cover is a piece of art in and of itself.  Sadly (for me), the version of this set that I'm keeping is the Odyssey release which has a very boring, generic cover. It just doesn't compare to the Jim Flora design.     
Shipping:
I use a precise scale when calculating final postage to eliminate all unnecessary shipping expenses. I am always happy to combine auction items and will do everything I can to reduce the final cost of items you purchase from me. All LPs are secured with bubble-wrap and carefully placed in proper mailers with specialized cardboard inserts for reinforcement. The LP will be shipped in its inner sleeve, stored outside of the record jacket to avoid damage in transit. BOX SETS: I typically wrap box sets in multiple layers of bubble wrap and insert additional paper/tissue into the box to ensure interior contents don't move during shipping. At the buyers request, I would be happy to remove each LP, and ship outside of the box with supplemental bubble-wrap and cardboard stiffeners. This would probably add another 16-24 oz. to the shipping weight listed here.
