#8 is: A Hard Days Night , PMC1230, 1st. pr. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Genuine 1964 UK 1st pressing– An early 1st pressing with chunky typeface labels and yellow & Black Parlophone rim labels,  ‘Recording First Published…’ and with ‘Sold in UK’  
Matrix numbers: XEX 481-3N & XEX 482-3N (Please note – 1N & -2N were not used on any mono UK 1st press HDN issue)
Stamper codes: 3/ GOR ( mothers) & 0/ RGP ( day of production stampers)
KT Stamp on b-side middle

VINYL CONDITION:
A-side: EX+ to NM- / B-side: EX+ to NM- 
vinyl looks like it been played very little, slightest of spindle marks, ...few little sliding marks from moving record in & out of cover...slight wear on spindle hole as seen on pictures
COVER CONDITION:

EXC+ to MINT--

A superb example of a 1st issue 1964 Garrod & Lofthouse cover and not easy to fault.  The front panel is devoid of any thumbnails creases, quite remarkable for a cover which is 51 years old. The laminate still retains its high gloss laminate sheen.  The back panel is almost perfect if not for some marks on the opening as seen on the last picture from getting the LP in & out....otherwise no writing to any part of the cover. All flipbacks are strong and intact. The writing on the spine is clearly legible. Many dealers would grade at near mint minus minus...
