Listed as new because it has never been played. Cover and vinyl are in absolutely stunning collector condition. You will NOT be disappointed. Comes exactly the way I bought it many years ago from the Virgin Megastore (R.I.P.) here in Chicago and even has original Virgin Import sticker and custom price tag on the protective outer PVC sleeve! Outrageously rare so don't sleep Ramones collectors. These don't surface often.
