CONDITION (by goldmine grading standards):

Vinyl: VG+

Sleeve: VG+

For me, the record sounds and looks very good.

Sleeve has a bit wear: couple of corners are a bit bumped, some wear on the edges, but no seam splits, slight ring wear.
