Side A: FAT-233-7-A 45 RPM MASTERED BY Y-MIXX

Notes:
- This was included with FAT-only pre-orders of the Frisbee 12". These were hand stamped and numbered individually, with stamp and marker color variants.
- Speculation is that the 37 coppers will be #'s of NOFX catalog releases on Fat Wreck Chords, so far there is no evidence to contradict that (pretty much confirmed). There is also speculation that the 3 Golds will be 500, 1000, and 1500. Although besides the fact that #500 is gold there is no solid evidence of that.
- 201-212 appear to be green stamped with red pen, making that color combination limited to 12. All other green stamps have black pen.
- Two Gold Stamp copies were put on sale on 1/28/10 in an unannounced sale with proceeds going to a relief effort in Haiti.
