Description
Artist: The Barrino Brothers.
Record label: INVICTUS Records, Detroit, Michigan.
Song titles: A side: TRAPPED IN A LOVE; B side: WHEN LOVE WAS A CHILD.
Grade: Sleeve: VG+ due to faint initials at upper right on back side; labels: VG+ due to a bit of ring wear on the A side label; vinyl: VG+ due to expected minor rub marks and light superficial scratches, and a minor warp that DOES NOT affect the sound at all; sound: VG++ due to a bit of background noise at intros, but once the music begins, it's all killer Northern Soul!
Comments: I almost didn't list this highly collectible Northern Soul 45 because of the warp, but I know that collectors of such are primarily interested in the sound of TRAPPED IN A LOVE on this 45, and I must tell you that it is one sensational Northern Soul tune! Both tunes play through just fine, so I wouldn't be all that concerned with the warp. I suppose that there are more than a few seasoned collectors of vinyl who are savvy enough to eliminate most of the warp, but I chose to leave it alone. I will gladly refund your monies, including the cost to ship it back to me, if you are not completely satisfied with the sound of this killer 45, but I seriously doubt that whomever wins this auction will want to return it for a refund.
