Little Stanley on D.V. Records (Dick Vance) 00111, an original pressing from 1967. "Out of Sight Loving" and "Wanted". Extremely rare, featured on Manship's Rarest of the Rare. The record is visually in VG to Vg- condition, many light marks from not being stored properly in a sleeve. However, no deep marks and sound quality is excellent on my turntable.
