You've seen this ultra rare US first issue 45 before, right? At first glance, those who have been lucky enough to have even seen a "Pyramid" 45 would say they are familiar with every aspect of this record, but what makes this one particular Soul Bros Inc. 45 so distinctive is the fact it is an ever more rare DJ Copy (which is probably unknown to most of the people who are fortunate enough to own a copy of the mega rare regular pressing). This is the first time I've ever seen a DJ Copy of this great mid tempo Northern Soul 45 with vocals by George Brown. Keep in mind the rarity of the regular pressing, which by itself with no DJ Copy designation is valued at 450 GBP by Manship - so quite naturally, this one would hold even more value. This is an outstanding soul record, and the uptempo B side instrumental titled "Capricorn XL 2" features fine tenor sax, synth and guitar solos. Grade: M-. Glossy pressing.
