Up for auction is THE EXTREMELY ULTRA RARE ORIGINAL 1st PRESSING US 45' "SALLY SUE BROWN" ("THE GIRL THAT RADIATES THAT CHARM" on flip) by ARTHUR ALEXANDER, in his VERY FIRST GREAT 1st SINGLE, under the name of June Alexander (short for Junior), GUITAR KILLER BOTH SIDES R&B 45' which was released early in 1960 (1020, S-878/879 plus tiny "sheldon" on dead wax) on Jud Phillips' JUDD Recs.!!! Phillips is the brother of music pioneer SAM PHILLIPS!!!


Vinyl looks in almost NEAR MINT condition, under a strong light shows a few superficial hairlines only, most of them NON audible, still retains its original gloss, plays strong EXCELLENT to NEAR MINT!!! NO heavy ticks or clicks (only the typical very light ticks here and there, only a few of them), NO significant surface noise, it SOUNDS ABSOLUTELY CRISPY CLEAR AND LOUD, NO skips, NO pops, NO jumps, NO nothing at all!!! EXTREMELY GREAT VINYL CONDITION CONSIDERING THE AGE, IT PROBABLY PLAYED AND STORED VERY CAREFULL!!!


Original mauve labels are in CLEAN EXCELLENT condition, nice and glossy, NO marks, NO writing, NO spindle wear, only slight superficial tiny signs of wear/use partially along the rim near wax, mauve color is still shiny bright and glossy!!! See pic!
