Hello again. I'm back digging into my collection of 40,000 promo singles from the 60's & 70's
that I was fortunate to acquire from doing (and still doing) 35 years of Radio. All of my records are original pressings.
In the 80's I advertised and auctioned off thousands of records in Goldmine magazine under the name of Hemp's Hits.
If you are a previous customer, you already know of my integrity as an honest dealer.

The most important thing you need to know, is that to the absolute best of my knowledge,
all of the records I'm listing have never ever been played on a turntable.
There's a slight possibility that a few of these (less than 1%) may have been played perhaps once in a "Music Meeting"
at the station back in those days, but radio relied more on research, not on "good ears" so 99% of these have never seen a turntable.
These records were sorted, stored, moved a few times, and then stored again for decades. Some carefully, others were not.
All of my gradings are strictly visual, and more often than not, quite generous. However, because of various quality in pressings,
I cannot guarantee that the pressings themselves will be noise-free. But I think you already know that that comes with the territory.
Some 50's (like Chess & Vee-Jay) & 60's pressings (especially the small independent labels) were pressed "on-the-cheap."

I will not play these records for any reason. The record you receive will should be new and unplayed.
If there are any imperfections, it will be from many years of storage, or more likely a "not-so-great" pressing.
I will also not attempt to tell you if I think the song is "funky-terrific" or anything similar. I assume if you're bidding on it, you know if it is or not.


MY GRADING SCALE

(remember...unless noted, these records to the best of my knowledge have never been played)


NM (Near Mint): (My highest grading. I don't believe anything is MINT unless it has been shrink wrapped/sealed
since pressed) Record will show no visible scuffs or scratches in the playing area. May have very minor scuffs
on edges from decades of storage or one tiny scuff that shouldn't concern anyone.
M- : A scuff or two or light scratch on either or both sides that should not affect play at all.
VG+: Scuffs and some minor scratches in the playing area. Some will most likely be heard.
VG: Scuffs or scratches that will be heard but record should play fine.

Packages for overseas will be sent Air Letter Post and the shipping charge will only be $6.00. (Air Letter Post packages cannot be insured.)
