Album is in Excellent Condition. Cover is in Excellent condition, the 24 picturebook is slightly ripped at the top staple, not bad but noticible upon inspection. See Pictures for actual items you are receiving! Additional pictures available upon request! Also note the pink/red camo looking album sleeve!
I added some new photos from a book I just got, It is a 1995 appraisal book for Beatles stuff. I included the appraisal ad for this album, to give an idea of its value, granted it has been over 15 years since the books release. First number is for VG condition second for NM condition.
FREE included in the auction is a original news paper clipping on the Beatles, from the same time the record came out. (See Picture.)
First Pressing can be noted by having the wrong order on the album cover. (close up pic included) Later versions of the album have this corrected.

My apologies for not catching this before I listed the item. This album is a STEREO COPY not MONO. I had been listing mono albums all day and failed to catch that this one is actually stereo. You can see it in big letters on the record. Someone has bid already so I can't change it in the title and/or description. My apologies again.
