Description
N.S.U.: "Turn On , Or Turn Me Down" 1969, UK/Stable SLE 8002. Disc is in nice EX to M- shape, a little tiny bump in the vinyl between tracks 2-3 on side one makes a few pops but they end before the track starts. The notoriously fragile gatefold cover is in exceptional shape, it's the best example I've ever seen, with no splits, no sticker tears, and no ringwear on the front, just a bit starting on the back. Predictably, the seams are turning white and all four corners are rubbed raw, but you'll likely never see a better one, it gets an EX grade. Killer underground hard rock band from Scotland with no commercial potential, hence their LP is fantastic and little-known, as it disappeared from the bins without trace almost immediately. Absolute original first (only) 1969 pressing with textured labels and machine-stamped matrix numbers. Be sure to view my other iamthewitch auctions as I have more stuff like this up for grabs this week.
Everything I offer is guaranteed. I try to note any flaws with the disc and the cover so that there are no surprises when the box arrives. If you have any questions, use the Ask Seller A Question link at the bottom of the page.
I ship all records in strong cardboard mailers with cardboard flats added to increase stability. The discs are always removed from the jackets to prevent seam splits, and all albums are dressed in plastic sleeves for travel. Please be aware that these supplies are expensive to purchase and represent a small portion of my shipping charges. I pack/ship one day per week, usually it is Friday.
