Description
Old eBay prices: £26 + £24 + £22. Don’t miss this fantastic Do-It-Yourself punk 7“ by NUCLEAR SOCKETTS from Norfolk, England. Attention: the insert is a photocopied one. The private mini label ‘Subversive’ records kicked out this brilliant 2-tracker in 1981. The closest comparison soundwise is probably ZOUNDS. Here you can get the original first pressing in great-looking picture sleeve (catalogue number SUB 003). The starter called ‘Play Loud’ and includes fantastic midtempo guitar riffs, topped with excellent lyrics. The track on the flip titled ‘Shadow On The Map’ and is a winner too. And if you're looking for this band in Ian Glaspers book BURNING BRITAIN, don't, the NUCLEAR SOCKETTS were, unfortunately, overlooked. It’s their second out of two 7“ records.
Condition / Zustand: EX/EX (very clean, sehr gut erhalten)
Postage & Packaging / Porto & Verpackung:

This requires the buyer to pay an additional of €2,50 or £2.50 or $3.00. All winners from Italy must pay for registered mail. Good luck with your bids from Germany's record seller 'punky_music' (old name 'punkdealer')
