Nanci Griffith - One Fair Summer Evening - LP #MCA-42255 Promo NM ALL. Please zoom in on photos.. From August 1988 Recorded live at ANDERSON FAIR , Houston, Texas. The vinyl is VG+ . Looks like new! *Play tested* Cleaned. This is an intimate quiet live concert. There is some surface noise, when Nanci talks etc. normal?  There are no visible spindle marks, scratches or scuffs. The matrix/runout info is: MCA-8341-MI-1 MI-6 Masterfonics 2. *I did not find this version on Discogs. Hmm? The vinyl is in a anti-static, anti-scratch poly inner sleeve. The album jacket is like new. No ring wear..Corners are square, no bends. Shiny. *There is a lengthy "Request" magazine article from April 1993, plus cool photos of Nanci. The album jacket is in a 3 mil outer plastic sleeve. Thank you for looking.  Nanci RIP
